Session Outline

1. Introduction to flow and taking a strengths based approach

2. Each member will have done the Gallup StrengthsFinder survey before hand (I will provide instructions and code for the survey)

3. I will assemble customized digital tools for each person (Talent Matrix, Spheres of Peak Performance and Flip Protocol)

4. I will assemble a Team talent Matrix and provide observations and suggestions

Individual Coaching

1. Two coaching meetings per month,
per person (unused hours will be banked)

2. Unlimited email or adhoc video calls
(as necessary)

3. Strategies to get into the state of flow
on a daily basis

4. Mitigate the ‘5 enemies’ of flow

5. Uncover talent-specif flow activators
(using the tools mentioned in the session outline)

6. Sharing of existing and development of new
digital tools on a monthly basis
